Spencer Shreve is from Overland Park, Kansas. He is a Saint Louis University (SLU) graduate, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Management with a minor in Public Health and Spanish in 2024 and his Master’s in Health Administration in 2025 through SLU’s accelerated program. Spencer developed a passion for pediatric healthcare through his time volunteering for Special Olympics, serving on the young professionals' board for GiFT, and working for L’Arche, STL, as a patient caretaker for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. After completing his internship at UCHealth in Colorado Springs, Spencer formulated interests in strategy, quality & safety, as well as population health. Spencer is excited to be at Children’s Hospital Colorado to explore his many interests while continuing to learn and grow as a leader to positively impact children’s health. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys playing soccer, trying new restaurants, hiking and skiing, and traveling with his family and friends.
