Support Adaptive Recreation for Childhood Health

At the Adaptive Recreation for Childhood Health (ARCH) Program, we depend on volunteers and donations to ensure children with physical disabilities have the opportunity to participate in all the sports and activities they want to — regardless of their differences.

From skiing and rock climbing to golf and archery, the expertise of our volunteers is at the heart of our program. At ARCH, we take the time to specifically match each child with a volunteer to help them succeed.

Donate to ARCH

There’s more than one way to help kids get active and have fun. Each year, we have fundraising events and even a bicycle ride that directly helps children with physical differences thrive. See how far your donation can go for kids in our community:

• $50: Funds one participant's paddling day at the lake
• $100: Provides food and refreshments at one social program
• $250: Funds one adaptive rock-climbing program
• $500: Funds a child’s participation in the adaptive ski program for 5 weeks
• $1,000: Provides a rafting trip for 10 kids
• $2,000: Covers the cost of a wheelchair accessible bus for a ski program day

Ride for ARCH in the Courage Classic

Each year, the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation puts on The Courage Classic — a two-day bicycle ride that supports lifesaving healthcare for kids at Children’s Hospital Colorado. The Rehabilitation Cycling Club represents the Pediatric Rehabilitation Department, raising money to continue expanding and providing community recreation programs and opportunities for the ARCH program.

Denver Round Table Annual Fundraiser 

Every fall, alongside the local Porsche and Jaguar clubs, the Denver Round Table organizes an event with a live and silent auction featuring collector cars, food and refreshments. You can support the ARCH program by purchasing a table or sponsorship, attending the event and donating auction items.
