I am passionate about integrating medical simulation technology into the education and training of medical professionals to enhance clinical skills and team performance. I am particularly fascinated by the role of human factors in high-stakes emergency situations and how they influence decision-making and patient outcomes. By studying and applying the principles of Crisis Resource Management, I aim to improve teamwork, communication, and critical thinking, ultimately leading to better care for patients and their families.

For Referring Providers:
I am deeply interested in the science of pediatric resuscitation, with a focus on identifying and advancing interventions that improve outcomes for children experiencing cardiac arrest, both in and out of the hospital. Through research and clinical practice, I strive to enhance resuscitation strategies, optimize patient care, and contribute to the evolving knowledge in this critical area of pediatric medicine.
