For Patients:
My research interests center on transplant oncology and hepatobiliary surgical oncology, with a particular focus on optimizing patient selection, surgical strategies, and long-term oncologic outcomes for hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, and colorectal liver metastases. I am interested in clinical and population-based outcomes research, tumor biology, and expanding the role of liver transplantation in the treatment of selected malignancies. Additional areas of interest include living donor liver transplantation, donation after circulatory death (DCD), normothermic regional perfusion, and ex situ machine perfusion to improve organ utilization and expand access to transplantation.

For Referring Providers:
My research focuses on improving treatment options and outcomes for patients with liver and biliary tract malignancies. I have a particular interest in transplant oncology, including liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, and colorectal liver metastases. My work explores patient selection, oncologic outcomes, and strategies to expand access to transplantation through living donation and advances in organ preservation. My goal is to translate clinical research into better, more individualized treatment options for patients with complex hepatobiliary diseases.
