My care philosophy
Patients and families often meet me when their world has been turned upside down by critical illness. Rooted in generous service, respectful communication, and multi-disciplinary teamwork, it is through trust that I partner to deliver the safest, evidence-based care in alignment with best practice and values. While an illness crosses our paths, it is my hope that through shoulder-to-shoulder conversation and humble expertise, we are poised to navigate this very difficult time with strength, agility, and humanness.

I believe every patient, family, and colleague has a story, and I am committed to making people feel seen, heard, and valued. I lead services for our hospital and community which include pediatric end of life care/autopsy review process, pediatric critical care medicine education, and faculty wellness programming.
