ED/UC Extremity Fracture Clinical Pathway

Extremity fractures are a common cause of presentation to the ED/UC and PCP offices. Pain is known to be not addressed adequately in children and identifying open fractures, which require antibiotics within 60 min, is often difficult. This pathway aims to help give guidance on pain control, antibiotic management for open fractures, and general guidance on fracture care.
