Children’s Hospital Colorado Contributes to AFM Paper in The Lancet

Children's Colorado doctors who do research for the University of Colorado School of Medicine contributed to a paper in The Lancet about a rare polio-like disease called acute flaccid myelitis (AFM). As the first doctors to start a clinic for AFM patients, Children's specialists have deep expertise in the diagnostics and management of the condition and are committed to improving outcomes and eventually preventing it.
